Volta sol! Estás perdoado! Está mau tempo há uma semana, chove a potes, os passarinhos estão em greve e o vento como boa dona de casa que é varre as ruas. Por isso aqui me fico, em casa, abandonada, sem carro, eu e o zoológico que não me dá descanso, ora ladra um ora mia outro, um quer ir à rua (e quando dou por mim o pobre bicho já não está lá, está há do vizinho graças à ventania) depois o outro quer voltar para casa, olhem vocês decidam-se que eu tenho mais que fazer! Mentira, não tenho absolutamente nada para fazer a não ser ficar em casa à espera que este temporal acabe ou que o vento me traga um carro, qualquer coisinha que eu não sou esquisita, não me venha é um com mudanças automáticas que eu não percebo nada dessas novas tecnologias.

Ao menos hoje vou jantar fora, não é com o meu "valentim" mas é com o outro, há que haver sempre um de reserva para estas ocasiões, um que me tire desta casa, me livre dos cães e que me ofereça uma prendinha, assim coisa pouca. E quem melhor para preencher este papel que o meu querido pai, não preciso de dividir a conta a meias nem de olhar para o cardápio e escolher o que for inferior a 10 euros, uma maravilha.

E assim vos deixo, espero que se divirtam com os vossos valentins, chulem-os até ao tutano que é dos poucos dias do ano que têm desculpa para o fazer, para quem está solteira ora minhas filhas nada temam, dirijam-se ao hipermercado mais próximo até à zona dos congelados, agarrem um haagen dazs daqueles bem grandes e mal cheguem a casa devorem-no todo na companhia de um bom filme. E não me venham cá dizer que não conseguem comer tudo porque sabemos que isso é mentira.

Come back sun you'r forgiven! The weather has been shitty for a week, rains like hell, the birds are on strike and the wind like the good house wife it is sweeps the streets. So here i stand, at home, all alone, with no car, me and the zoo that gives me no rest, one barks one meows, one wants to go outside (and suddenly appears in the neighbors house thanks to the wind) then the other one want's to get inside, come on make a decision already i have more stuff to do! You liar! Actually i have absolutely nothing to do unless staying at home waiting for this weather to end or for the wind to bring me a car, any car, i'm not picky. But please not one of those with automatic transmission i'm no good with those new technologies.

At least tonight i'm going out for dinner, it's not with my "valentine" but it's with the other one, we always need to have a back-up one for these occasions, one that gets me out of that house, gets me rid of the dogs and offers me a present, just a little one. And there's no one better to play that part than my dear father, i don't need to share the bill or look at the menu to pick the cheapest dish. It's a true wonder. 

And now i leave you, i hope you have fun with your valentines, ask them to pay for everything since it's one of the few days of the year that you actually have an excuse to do it, for those who are single, well my loves do not fear, go towards to the nearest market and grab yourself an huge haagen dazs, once you get home eat it all in the company of good movie. And don't tell me you cant' eat all the ice cream cause girl, we both know it's a lie.
