YES MAN!

Neste momento encontro-me em Londres (e sim está um frio de arregalar a espinha). Detalhes acerca desta minha nova aventura serão dados futuramente. O que é certo é que graças a ela foi-me dada a oportunidade de estar presente na London Collections Men, diga-se de passagem que nunca vi tanto homem bem vestido na minha vida e  no meio de tantos flashes consegui esta fotografia. Quanto aos coordenados sombrios a cima apresentados elegi-os, de todos os homens que vi,  como o meu crush. Esta colecção é fruto da colaboração entre a Topman e a organização sem fins lucrativos Fashion East e juntos intitulam-se de MAN. Não poderia arranjar melhor palavra para este dia. 

At this moment i'm in London (and yes it's so cold that my bones shiver). Details about this new adventure of mine will be given in the future. But thanks to it I had the opportunity to be present in the London Collections Men, and let me tell you... I never saw so many stylish man in my life and in the middle of so many flashes I was able to take this picture. About the looks above represented I elected them, of all the men that I saw, as my crush. This collection is the result between Topman and the non-profit organization Fashion East and together they are named MAN. Couldn't find a better word to describe this day.

BREAKING BAD

Nada como o Heisenberg para me acalmar depois de umas semanas repletas de stress e ansiedade. Estes próximos tempos vão ser uma loucura e admito que tem sido difícil concentrar-me no blog quando tenho mil e uma coisas a passarem me pela cabeça, mas como a minha maravilhosa instrutora de yoga diz "não te envolvas, deixa fluir" portanto que tudo flua e depressa!  

Falando de outros assuntos... quão fixe é esta T-Shirt? Preciso-a na minha vida! Só é pena não trazer o Aaron como brinde. Tudo neste set era bem vindo no meu armário, especialmente os sapatos da Stella McCartney, se estão à procura de algo deste género a nova colecção da Eureka tem alguma opções, gosto especialmente deste modelo do Filipe Sousa.
Aproveitem que o Natal está à porta para fazer o choradinho aos papás, aos avós, aos tios, namorados, e até amigos. Se não resultar, o belo do par de meias é sempre bem vindo.

Nothing like Heisenberg to calm me after a few crazy and stressful weeks. The times that are coming are going to be insane and I admit that it's being kind of hard to concentrate on the blog when there's tons of stuff running through my mind, but like my wonderful yoga teacher always says "don't involve, let it flow" so I'm hopping everything flows and fast!
Speaking in other matters... how cool is this shirt? I need it in my life! It's a shame it doesn't bring Aaron as a freebie. Everything in this set would be welcome in my closet, specially the Stella McCartney's shoes. Christmas is right around the corner so if you have something you really want in mind go ahead and cry to your parents, grandparents, boyfriend, even to your friends, if it doesn't work... well, a nice pair of socks is always welcome.

Finalmente chegou o frio em terras algarvias, está na hora de colocar todos os casacos, malhas, e botas de volta ao armário. Confesso que já estava ansiosa para que o fresco voltasse, não me interpretem mal, sou algarvia e obviamente adoro o verão, mas o frio conforta-me de certa forma. Portanto decidi que era o momento certo para vestir uma das sweatshirt que adquiri há pouco tempo, adoro uma boa oversized sweatshirt e algo me diz que até ao fim desta estação vou ter uma colecção delas. Juntei-a com esta saia midi e com umas chunky boots para completar o look, e  o cenário fez o resto por mim, encontrei esta rua perto de onde trabalho e apaixonei-me por ela. A casa Maria não é minha, mas podia perfeitamente o ser.

Finally the cold has arrived, it's time to put all your coats, knits and boots back to your closet. I confess i was anxious for the it to come back, don't get me wrong i love the summer, but the cold comforts me in some way. So i decided it was the right moment to wear one of the sweatshirts i purchased, i love a nice oversized sweatshirt and something tells me that by the end of this season i'll have a collection of them. I paired it with this midi skirt and chunky boots to complete the look, and the setting did the rest for me, i found this street close to where i work and i fell in love with it. The casa maria (mary house) it's not mine but it could perfectly be.

EVERYTHING ZARA

Espero que gostem do novo look do blog, tenho estado ausente a trabalhar neste layout, que diga-se de passagem me deu muita água pela barba. Isto de códigos html tem muito que se lhe diga. Por falar em códigos... já tiveram a oportunidade de ver a série Halt and Catch Fire? Não? Não sabem o que estão a perder, a série passa-se nos anos 80 e conta a história de um fantástico grupo de "nerds" que liderado pelo ambicioso Joe MacMillan (Lee Pace) constrói um computador que promete revolucionar toda esta indústria. A personalidade marcante das personagens e os seus percalços pelo caminho fizeram desta série uma das minhas preferidas de momento. 

Falando noutros códigos, ultimamente este é o meu. Ando com uma ligeira obsessão pelas peles, já a tinha mas nos últimos tempos tem vindo a piorar, como é de reparar pelos posts que tenho feito, acho que é uma peça que pode transformar qualquer look seja ele casual ou formal. Este casaco já o comprei há algum tempo mas ainda não tinha tido a oportunidade de o vestir. Quanto aos sapatos, andava a namorá-los há imenso tempo mas estava difícil de encontrá-los nas lojas, encomendei-os online e passado dois dias lá estavam eles nos correios á minha espera. Ainda dizem que não existe amor à primeira vista.

Speaking of codes... have you had the opportunity to watch the series Halt and Catch Fire? No? Well you don't know what you've been missing, the series take place in the 80's and it tells the story of a fantastic group of "nerds" that leaded by the ambitious Joe MacMillan (Lee Pace) build a computer that promises to revolutionize all this industry. The character's strong personalities and they'r bumps in the way made this show one of my favorites at the moment. 

Speaking in other codes, lately this has been mine. I've been with a slight fur obsession, i had it before, but now it's getting serious, like you can notice by my posts, i think it's a piece that can change any look, casual or formal. I bought this coat a while back but i didn't have the opportunity to wear it until now. As for the shoes, i had my eyes on them for a long time, but i was having a hard time finding them in stores, so i ordered them online and two days latter there they were at the post office waiting for me. And they still say there's no such thing as love at first sight.

Desde já agradeço a este calor absurdo por trazer uma praga de mosquitos junto com ele. Fui completamente comida por estas criaturas irritantes, e apesar disto não soar muito bem é a verdade. Por isso, obrigada, muito obrigada mas já chega, não quero mais brincar ao pseudo verão.  Antes de ir dar uma voltinha à feira enfardar-me de churros deixo vos com algumas fotografias do look de ontem. Let me thank to this absurd heat for bringing a mosquito plague with it. I was completely eaten by this annoying creatures, and even though this doesn't sound very good it's the truth. So thank you, thank you very much, but it's enough, i'm done playing to this pseudo summer. Before i go to the fair to eat churros like a maniac i leave you some photographs from yesterday's look. Ultimamente estou com uma queda pelos pasteis assim como a o céu está pela a chuva. Deixo-vos algumas peças que comprei nas ultimas semanas. Lately i've been having a crush over pastels, just like the sky has for the rain. I leave you some pieces i bought the past couple of weeks. Hope your weekend was great, mine was spent on a wedding eating like a complete animal (just how i like it!). Down is a song that i have on replay mode, it's from Troye Sivan and it's called Happy Little Pill. Hope you like it. A kiss and a cheese (it makes more sense in portuguese, cause well... it rimes).
